apple and itunes have no control over whether NPI and RAB are on iTunes. these albums are not on itunes for the same reason they aren't on spotify. no phun intended was never officially published by tyler joseph and as far as anyone knows he has no intentions of publishing them. they will remain off of music services (excluding youtube) until he and fueled by ramen agree to publish the album (which i don't see happening). on the other hand, regional at best is not on any music service besides youtube because of an agreement between fbr and twenty one pilots. no one knows why fbr decided not to have rab published but it's probably to do with the fact that the band is remaking some songs and still might in the future. if you really want these songs on itunes you should be writing to josh, tyler, and fueled by ramen. i wouldn't recommend it though as they have no intentions of publishing these albums and it would just be a waste of your time.
